  • Final pricing, availability, and inclusions are confirmed only after enquiry.
  • Quotes may vary based on travel dates, group size, hotels, transport, and seasonal demand.

3. Bookings and Confirmations

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after we communicate confirmation and any required payment/process details.
  • Travelers must provide accurate personal and travel information.
  • Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, local regulations, or safari/activity availability.

4. Payments

Payment terms, advance amounts, and balance due dates will be shared during the booking process. Please make payments only through the methods we officially communicate.

5. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellation or date-change requests should be shared with us in writing (WhatsApp/email) as early as possible.
  • Refunds or charges may depend on supplier policies (hotels, transport, activity operators) and timing of cancellation.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.) may affect travel plans without liability for uncontrollable disruptions.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

  • Carry valid ID proofs and required travel documents.
  • Follow local laws, safety instructions, and property rules during the trip.
  • Check visa, entry, and health requirements for international travel where applicable.

7. Third-Party Services

Some services (hotels, cabs, buses, safari tickets, etc.) are provided by independent third parties. While we assist with arrangements, those providers remain responsible for their own service quality and operating conditions.
